SCHEDULE A MAKE UP CLASS

We understand that sometimes your child needs to miss a lesson due to illness or personal reasons.  We are pleased to provide two make up classes per term to those students with the following conditions:

  • Makeup classes can be organized through our Customer Portal HERE using your unique log-in details

  • Makeup classes offered subject to availability

  • Notification of missed classes must occur at least 2hrs before your child's lesson time. This is best done through our customer portal.

  • Makeup lessons must be completed within the same term and cannot be carried into next term.

  • Makeup lessons cannot be exchanged for cash refunds or credits towards next-term fees

  • If you do not notify us that a lesson or makeup lesson was not going to be attended you will forfeit the lesson

Membership & Customer Portal

As a member of Mentone Aquatic, you will receive a membership card to scan on entry to record attendance.

Access to our customer portal is also provided to assist you in tracking your child/ren’s progress, advising of absence, and booking make-up classes.

Important Points for Parents

• Your child’s safety is our number one priority.

• Always watch your children, before, during and after their swimming lesson.

• Please stay focused and do not get distracted during your child’s lesson time.

• Please collect your child at the end of every lesson, particularly lower levels.

• Mobile Phones should not be used at all while your child is swimming.

• Please speak up if you see something that may appear to be unsafe in any way.

• Always stay (sit or stand) within a short distance from your child to assist your child if necessary.

• Parents of beginners should be in very close range of the lesson and should not leave at any time while the lesson is in progress.
